At Kukoon Rugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new rug isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it to us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Rug

Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original packaging or a heavy-duty equivalent to ensure it remains clean and protected during transit.

Label and Ship

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
